Anti-inflammatory Juice Recipe

Exercising on a daily basis is a satisfaction from which people cannot put aside just like that. It is hard to advise a runner not to run the next morning after he complains about sore knee caps and ankles. He will have the strength to run again in the morning, but will his knees be able to put up with the pressure.

Anti-inflammatory Juice Recipe

Starting the day with a fresh juice is far better than starting it with a cup of coffee on an empty stomach. This is especially important if you are a morning runner by nature.










To make a good morning mileage, the best way to get pumped up on energy is the following juice:


– Half a lime
– 2 large apples
– 3 cups of strawberries (around half a kilo)


Mix all the ingredients in a blender or juices. Add some water if you want.

The Strawberries are the ones that protect the body from inflammation with their anthocyanin. Intestinal bleeding is also protected with the strawberries along with protection against atherosclerosis, arthritis, gout, asthma and rheumatoid arthritis.

As mentioned before, try to start the day with this fresh juice instead of a cup of coffee. Not that you should exclude coffee drinking all-together, but try to postpone it for later on and let the juice do its magic.
