Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink

Whenever you think of a good fresh drink in the morning, coffee is the first thing that comes to your mind. The choice of coffee is quite a cliché, but it seems that in the 21st century, a time when people are seriously getting into exercising and running, coffee is not the right choice for a “good morning”.

Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink

Nowadays there are many recipes which are able to boost the body’s energy levels in the morning and make all day seem like a warm spring afternoon. The Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink is a simple energy booster, simple to make and simple to get used to it. People with weight problems will find this beverage very light on the stomach.

Ingredients:

– 1/2 thinly sliced cucumber
– 1 thinly sliced lemon
– 4 sprigs of mint
– 2 to 6 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
– 2 quarts of filtered water

Preparation:

Slice the cucumbers and lemons in thinly pieces and put them in 2 separate bottles (if possible, quart sized bottles). Then, divide the mint leaves in two equal amounts and place them in the bottles accordingly.

If you are not that much of a vinegar fan, put just 3 tablespoons of the vinegar inside and fill the rest with water. If you can stand the taste of vinegar for more than just 3 tablespoons, feel free to add more.
