Apple Cinnamon Water



Water means life, without water the body will not be able to function properly, literally. Drinking water on a daily basis is as breathing.
It is a process which maintains both health and energy levels.

Apple Cinnamon Water

Every now and then we kind of get “tired” of drinking regular water, so we turn to flavor water, sparkling water, medium sparkling water, sparkling water with lemon and etc. Some even ignore drinking water and turn to fruit juices. Now, even though those juices supply the body with liquids, water is still required on a daily basis.



The Apple Cinnamon Water is a great drink recipe to hydrate on a regular basis. With this drink the metabolism will definitely improve, the body will detox from all the bad things and all that will less calories as possible.

Ingredients:

- Large Jug with Ice Cubes inside to keep the beverage cool.
- 2 Apples sliced thin (any apple will do)
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks

Preparation:

Slice the apples in thin slices, place the ice cubes and the apple slices in the jug and fill it with water. Let it rest for a couple of minutes until all the juices of the apples mix with the water and you are ready to go.
You can refill the jug with water for 2 or 3 times more and then it is ready to change the apple slices with fresh ones. Enjoy!
