Beets juice is not famous by his good taste, but is one of the healthiest natural juices. A new study conducted by the University “Reading” shows those effects to low blood pressure. Two experiments were taken. In the first experiment was used pure beet juice, and in the other were added other fruits.
The study involved 18 men with normal blood pressure. Part of them consumed daily 100 to 500 grams, the others not consumed at all, and the rest of them consumed beets juice mixed with other fruits. Lower Blood pressure was significant for the first and last group, but more in the first.
