Here is how you can make a Detox Water with lemon, limes, cucumbers and mint.
For 1 gallon pitcher use:

Ingredients:

– 3 quarts of water (or 12 cups of water)
– 2 or 3 lemons sliced in thinly
– 1 medium cucumber
– Around 10 mint leaves

Preparation:

Take the sliced lemons or limes and cucumber and put them in the gallon pitcher. Add the water and leave it in the fridge overnight. In the morning you’ll have fresh flavored water, without refined sugars … all fresh and ready to drink.
You can even take some for the office and drink it throughout the day. Energy levels will be high for longer hours.
