To prepare the Green Smoothie you will need the following:

Ingredients:

– 1 ½ cup water
– Lettuce
– 2-3 stalks celery
– 200g spinach
– 1 apple
– 1 pear
– 1 banana

Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add more or less water, to taste. Enjoy!
