How to Make Alkaline Water: With Alkaline Drink Against Cancer

The acidity and alkalinity are measured on the basis of the pH factor. The clean rainwater has a pH of 7.0 and it is considered as neutral. Everything under pH seven is acidic, and above pH seven is considered as alkaline.
However, when it comes to the pH of the human body, we cannot talk about the pH of the whole body. For example, the human skin has a pH about 5.5 (slightly acidic).

On the other hand, the pH of the saliva ranges from 6.5 to 7.4 (it varies slightly on both sides of the neutral). The digestive system has a pH from 1.5 to 7.0 depending on the stage of digestion.
When we are healthy, the blood pH ranges from 7.35 to 7.45 (slightly alkaline).
Our body maintains the necessary balance primarily through the kidneys and lungs. However, the chronic imbalance drains the strength of our body.

Why alkaline water?
Our bodies are primarily water-based, and its pH affects our health and eventually a disease.

The importance of drinking alkaline water in modern times

Due to our typical “modern” diet which is mainly consisted of processed foods including salt, sugar, caffeine and alcohol – most of our bodies are too acidic.
The signs of too acidic environment in the body are fatigue, headache, abdominal pain, and a weakened immune system.

If the environment in our bodies becomes too acidic or too alkaline, our otherwise healthy cells can become toxic, collapse and die. This imbalance in the pH corrodes the tissues.
If this overly acidic atmosphere continues, the body ultimately makes deposits of excess acidic substances in some parts of the body in the attempt to become more alkaline.
As it has been noted, the acidity is increased in some areas and some cells die, but others may continue to live and /or can adjust or convert into malignant.

The dead cells around them contribute to the cycle so they also become acidic. The malignant cells grow undefined and without any order, with time they can spread to other areas of the body, otherwise known as metastasis.
