Take a knife and crush the garlic cloves so that they release the oils. Put the crashed garlic and the sliced ginger in 4 cups of water. Boil it for about 10 minutes. The tea has greater effect when it is consumed when symptoms start to kick in. two or three cups of the teas during the day is quite enough.
