In these hot summer days, our body needs refreshment. Instead of buying drinks with artificial colors and flavors, make yourself some of the following natural refreshments.
– 2 cups cranberries or raspberries
– 6 cups water
– 2 cups fresh orange juice
– 2 cups pineapple chunks
Mix all ingredients in a blender and add a few mint leaves. This fruit bomb contains large amounts of vitamins and minerals that will give you energy.
– 1 mango , cut into small pieces
– Pressed juice of 2 oranges
– Pressed juice of 1 lemon
– half lemon peel
Put all ingredients into a blender. Add a few ice cubes and you have a great refreshing drink.
– 1 cup raspberries
– 1 cup cherries
– Fresh juice of 2 oranges
– Chopped pieces of citrus
First put into a blender raspberries and cherries, and blend them at low speed. Then add the orange juice and grapefruit slices.
